Pros
I have had such an incredible experience working at BreachLock.
First, let's start with the interview. It was a very organized and streamlined process. Immediately, I was encapsulated by the vision management had for the future of this organization. They mentioned how they wanted to take the traditional pen testing industry and completely disrupt it. I was very intrigued and excited.
To my surprise, after each interview management seemed more interested in my personal and career growth. It felt like they wanted me to succeed just as much as they cared about the expansion of BreachLock. I have never worked at a place that was so invested in me. During this process, I spoke about my goals for the future and what I wanted out of working at BreachLock. They assured me that if I put in the work those goals will be accomplished and more.
I started at BreachLock as an Account Executive and worked to learn the ins and outs of the organization, as well as the vulnerability management industry. During that time I had full support and training from management and they made sure that I could communicate with clients efficiently and effectively. I really felt like I was given the resources and aid I needed to excel.
After a little under a year at BreachLock, management promoted me to the position of Director of Sales due to the great work I had achieved. When they told me "if I work hard good thing will come" they were not kidding.
Fast forward to now (when I am writing this review), I couldn't be happier with BreachLock and everything they have done for me. I have a great job, the work/life balance is awesome, the guidance and support I have is exceptional, and I am excited to see what the future holds for me in this organization.
Cons
If you don't like working from home then this might not be a great fit currently, however, I have heard rumors that down the road they might be getting an office.
