      Business Attire was a little bit overboard.

      Pros

      Everything is compartmentalized, there are a number of departments in this company from electrical to civil. You can learn a-lot from some of these departments.

      Cons

      Paycheck was never on time. A-lot of backdoor secrecy, lay-offs were common, no real route for growth. The person brown-nosing the most will be promoted faster. Medical/Dental is terrible.
