Pros

Honestly could not tell you any.

Cons

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Based on my interaction, it appears that the staff have very limited knowledge of watches and the industry as a whole. When asking relatively basic questions about the products, I did not receive clear or informed answers, which is concerning for a business that positions itself within the watch market. The overall impression I was left with is that the company relies more on marketing and presentation than on genuine expertise or passion for horology. For customers who value knowledgeable guidance and professional insight when purchasing or discussing watches, this may prove frustrating. It is also important to note that the brand itself does not operate anywhere near the level of the top Swiss watchmaking houses. Despite this, it is presented in a way that may suggest a level of prestige that is not reflective of its actual standing within the wider Swiss watch industry. In reality, it feels more like a brand built primarily for selling rather than one grounded in authentic watchmaking heritage or technical excellence. Given the highly specialized nature of the watch market, I would strongly encourage the company to invest in better training and deeper product knowledge for its staff. A stronger foundation in horology and greater transparency about the brand’s position within the industry would significantly improve the customer experience and the credibility of the business. At present, I cannot recommend this company to enthusiasts or buyers seeking informed service, expertise, and genuine watchmaking credibility. Pay is horrible.

Pros

fair commission - in accordance with the watch industry corporate doesn't know what they're doing as far as filling open positions - they will go outside hires with little to no experience in the watch industry or even luxury retail instead of promoting from within employees who work extremely hard to prove their worth and abilities and are actively trying to grow within the company little to no concern for current store level employees

Cons

corporate doesn't know what they're doing as far as filling open positions - they will go with outside hires with little to no experience in the watch industry or even luxury retail, instead of promoting from within the employees who work extremely hard to prove their worth and abilities and are actively trying to grow within the company little to no concern for current store level employees archaic CRM and inventory programs - very difficult to work efficiently
