Pros

The benefits are pretty competitive

Cons

The CEO does not have a business mind. The business was passed down from his father and he struggles to win new business. The CEO has actually created a clickish environment. The CEO can not deal with conflict which is the root of most drama in the office. He pits people against each other and accepts no responsibility for what is VERY obvious. There is a good old boy network that is also very obvious.

Pros

You couldn't ask for a more modern technically advanced looking office environment.

Cons

Weak COE with no knowledge of how to run or grow a business. Riding on the back of members of his family and employees that have shaped the company, with little to no regard for their value. Good old boys network that removes non-whites from visible roles and down plays thier successes and contributions. Employees are rewarded for their regard of the CEO and leadership team, not for their actual performance and accomplishments. Racial tension and office drama is fueled by the CEO and leadership team. Failed concepts, commercial segment and lack of contract growth or expansion all due to lack of direction. Revolving door of employees. All positive reviews have been posted my leadership by CEOs request. Company of less than 105 people with a considerable amount of lawsuits, harassment complaints and discrimination charges. Beware!

Pros

Benefits are in line with other companies of similar size. Great looking corporate office. Fun company activities.

Cons

Weak leadership, lack of direction. Looks great on the outside, full of drama and lack of planning. Contracts ending...what is the plan? Approach with caution! Management loves those who kiss their feet, only. "Old-boys network" is alive and well at Bridges. Employees: Careful with inhouse surveys; they are not anonymous.
