Lawsuit Waiting to Happen

Pros

CEO is really cool and is a really fair guy Can come as go as you please

Cons

This company is a walking lawsuit Waiting to happened 1. Inappropriate comments about body parts and sexual content - these comments come from management as well as associates 2. Get ready for married colleagues both male and female to ask you out. This company does not have morals and it seems to be the norm and accepted Focus has too much emphasis on being fun rather than being professional. This is not a sorority but a place of business and should be treated as such. Good employees are not valued. Can literally go a full year or more without a raise, review, or bonus. Management was put in place by their friends who are VP - so who can you go to if your manager is the issue? Not his/her manager who is their best friend. HR does not keep things confidential Management in place does not live up to the CEO and what he expects and it's really sad and unfortunate

Horrible leadership is sinking the ship

Pros

Brierley had several pros in the past but new leadership and their “change for the better” has only created a horrible and hostile working environment. Now, Brierley can’t keep employees.

Cons

• The “executive team” isn’t a true executive team. (Notice titles.) • Employees are treated horribly, wrongfully blamed and put down (even to clients), and turned into scapegoats for the company’s downfalls...all while HR turns their heads. • Sweatshop! You are expected to work nights and weekends and be available 24x7. • No salary increases • Bonuses go to the top and are a slap in the face for those doing the actual work and managing the business • No career growth • There is no tolerance for leaders and independent thinkers. If you expect to be told how to communicate, how to think, and what to say- this is the place for you! (Be sure to use bullets in all emails to the “executive team”!)

Pros

Great culture, but slowly fading away. Drinking company. Alright health insurance medical and dental, 401k flexible hours for some people and PTO.

Cons

Management doesn't care, not enough money, no raises for the little people; the ones who actually make the business run. High turn over rate
