Pros
A young and dynamic company with an amazing atmosphere and high-quality people. There is a strong emphasis on employee well-being, featuring great food, perks, and fantastic company events.
Cons
While other departments in the company are great, I highly recommend avoiding the Support team. The management style here is extremely toxic and micro-managed. You are watched constantly whether it's laughing during a shift or taking a few extra minutes for lunch. Mistake handling is degrading; for example, being forced to write down '5 reasons why mistakes are bad' like in kindergarten. There is also zero flexibility for remote work, even for night or weekend shifts, seemingly just out of spite.
