Pros

-co-workers are great -wfh/life balance -actually doing something good for society

Cons

-you still never be compensated for good work with anything other than empty words. -Executive team would rather focus on looks rather than internal health of the agency -performance reviews are rigged against you. You will never get a bonus unless you're a manager -low, low, low pay

Pros

1. The holiday pay and PTO are pretty good. 2. I feel good when I am helping people. You can help a lot of families, especially children, with this job. 3. Wonderful co-workers

Cons

1. Extremely high turnover rate. 2. Management does not provide enough support 3. There is hardly any useful training. 4. Very unresponsive management team. (Expect no reply for at least 1 full day) 5. The management team has more PTO than most of the employees (they are the only people who can work for longer than five years and, as a result, have more PTO than anyone else). 6. very unorganized management; cancels meetings the day before the meeting. 7. No advancement. Department also hire a lot of temp agencies to lower the labor cost) 8. Lack of diversity. All higher management, at least in the Family Support department, all supervisors are one single race.
