Pros

The only really pro's to working here are the people, hitting bonus, free parking and the discount from the services. It is a great first job for someone having just left education, you can get yourself on your feet and gain some experience.

Cons

The salary is awful, especially if you have had job previously to this. The way some management are as well is disgusting, expecting you to work past your set shift to catch up on sales or hit bonus because it looks good for them. The place drains you completely. Again it depend on what department you work on, as there is different rules for every department and sector. There isn't any job progression opportunity at all either, the communication is awful, things change and you know only know about it when you've come across it.

Shocking Company

Pros

People at lower lever such as Agents and Team Leaders are the only reason why I stayed so long. Decent pay for the workload. Nice location

Cons

The WEAKEST Senior Management Team I've ever seen in my 10 years of working in contact centres. Pointless learning senior managers names as they change every couple months. Priorities also change on a weekly basis. There is no clear direction or guidance. Everything is a "short term solution". Nothing gets rolled out appropriately which ultimatly leads to extreme strain on front line staff and customers. The same problems keep happening and nothing gets learned from it. Empty promises in regards to promotions and pay are made to people to try and retain them. Am extremly happy I left, I've made some really good friends but would never work for them again.

Pros

Good stepping stone job Will employ anyone Nice new cafe Young atmosphere, a very social place to work Yammer - the social network for work was good Good initial training

Cons

Management treat you like something on the bottom of their shoe Not a lot of help given Full of people moaning how they hate their job but never do anything about it to leave Very unhappy customers so very emotionally draining having to deal with conflict all day Unnecessary admin fees Due to young atmosphere, felt more like 6th form than work.
