      Don't bother applying, company is in NO position to hire

      Pros

      Some good leaders but management did not empower or listen to them.

      Cons

      This company is mismanaged on so many different levels it's ridiculous. It's in debt up to its eyeballs and can't turn a profit if its life depended on it. It just laid off 95% of its employees. Anyone with real talent has or is departing. Trust me when I say RUN.

      Pros

      Friendly staff; worked remotely, but seemed like a fun work environment. Always producing fun content, plus as a freelancer you get a shiny landing page.

      Cons

      They talk to you like they write, very upbeat, candy-coated, etc. which is cute but sometimes is used as a way to tiptoe around feedback/constructive criticism. Paid very low for a freelance writing gig.

      Lack of focus and revenue goals set too high

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. People worked hard and collaborated well. Fun and creative workspace.

      Cons

      Revenue goals were set too high and were never met. New round of funding not for investment but just to continue to keep the lights on. Lack of focus from leadership team. Too many cooks in the kitchen on decision making process. Spent way too much money on Facebook for viewership.
