- No work/life balance, unless you are friends with the director or whatever role she has now, or the new acting CEO, you are spending your time working. There is no life outside of Broadbean. There is this imaginary "hierarchy" speech the management team will throw at you, because either , "you havent been here long enough" to get special privileges like certain individuals or you are simply not a favorite of their's. - pay is below market - questionable leadership team. when they are not busy saying no to raises for their hard working employees, they are collecting their bonuses and going to Ski week while keeping the employees slaving away and making sure you are in your seat, at your desk. they dont believe in working from home at Broadbean because the lunatic acting CEO believes that everyone should be in the office, talking to each other. If anyone ever visits this building they would think its a morgue in there as no teams speak to each other. - Management team is dishonest -Careerbuilder who is the "parent" company does not see eye to eye with Broadbean, they are often bickering, this is an epitome of no team work, as all they care about is making the other team look bad at the expense of the clients. i am surprised that they still trick clients into buying their ancient service. - favoritism amongst employees
