Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We are quite proud of our low turnover rate here at Broadgate which is lower than the industry average, we also have a 70% retention year-on-year compared with a 30% industry average.
We believe we have people-first initiatives to support our team, we offer flexible working hours, 3 pm Friday finishes, unlimited annual leave for senior-level employees and above, birthday days off (on top of annual leave allowance), as well as a paid 4-week sabbatical after every 3 years of service and 2 days per year charitable leave to work with charitable partners to name a few. We also have an internal learning and development team who run regular management training and have an online learning management system called Shuttle where consultants at all levels can upskill themselves on certain parts of the recruitment process.
