      you get to learn all about networking. Improve your public speaking and interaction.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to do things like transport battery ! Repair sector takes climbing the tower. But its the part of job you agree upon so no complain, but if and only if broadlink would hire 1 more staff to transport batteries.

      Good for new Learners, Party-Lovers, Easy workers and employees loving informal talks/gossips/chitchats/getup rather than strict formal guidelines.

      Cons

      No good communication between the Senior Managers and the Employees on the issues of Salaries, Bonus, Benefits, Company's Aims & Ambitions and Turnovers
