      Pros

      Complex environment with many opportunities to learn and become better. Experienced people with affinity to share deep domain knowledge. Opportunities to be meaningful contributor to projects and good potential for growth.

      Cons

      Due to company wide restructuring there was a considerable brain-drain, which makes the support (and further development) for existing projects very difficult. Starting new projects is especially complex due to lack of sufficient number of developers.
