The entire company is not being run by the president, it is being run by a man who took over when the founder passed away. If you are looking for jobs, please make sure this person is nowhere near it. I have never encountered a less responsible or more sinister person, and I've worked with awful people at every job. He just gains more and more power and abuses it. He's outright mean to people, he makes nonsensical decisions for the sake of gaining power. He's manipulated the president of the company so he can be in charge. He's abusive, but is still in charge. Stay away from him. If the company doesn't do anything about it, they are just as responsible. He's rigged the system and uses it for abuse and cruelty.
