Pros

They offer a great benefits package along with 401k and stock options. They are owned by Sysco so there is some stability there.

Cons

Management can be hypocritical. They present themselves as fair fair and corporate. They give textbook corporate answers yet their actions often conflict their words.

Owned by Sysco so decent health benefits, a stock purchase option & lots of perks for being a "Sysco employee" Pay is ok, overtime is extremely rare.

Cons

They removed the pension years ago. ZERO opportunity to grow - I've been there over 10 years and have tried multiple times to advance, they'd rather hire from outside - In other words, they hire their own friends and family before promoting from within. Also, there is so much collusion in the company one would wonder how it's legal. If you're not in the "Hispanic club", good luck advancing! The company hasn't grown in a few years. They constantly get beat on price by competitors and lose accounts by the day. They need to hire a good sales force and be competitive again.
