Pros

The work-life balance is great but the best part of the company is the employees. They are mostly down to earth and ready to get things done.

Cons

There was not much room for advancement in the company. The hours are 24/7 and most people work odd hours. Upper-level Management needs improvement and needs to hold all employees accountable for their work. Poor career advancement and poor incentive for employees to stay.

Pros

Some of the coworkers were amazing. Benefits are not terrible.

Cons

Nepotism in every part of the business. Zero room for advancement unless someone higher up liked you. "Mandatory" overtime enforced around holidays so they don't have to pay you time and a half. They burn out their employees and wonder why they leave. They WELL underpay industry standard and think a pizza party will make up for all the horrendous working conditions. They have no understanding or sympathy towards people who have mental illness, but cater to people who they like. They treat other departments better than others and victim blame the people that show them their faults.

Pros

- Co-workers were mostly nice to work with. - Shift premiums. - Benefits package is above average.

Cons

The company does not care about their workers and the entirety of the ground team. Growth and advancement were nonexistent unless you were best buds with the heads of the US office. Understaffing was a constant problem that was never looked at or even worked on. People continued to leave and the remnants were given the additional workload. Mandatory OT is your best friend at the company. Morale was always at an all time low and the solution was always a pizza party or potluck. Compensation is far below all other brokers in the state of MI. They sent out numerous surveys about our opinion of how the company handled things and what could be improved. These were likely throw in the trash bin upon receipt as none of the common, desperate requests were ever addressed. Other teams were given far more care and appreciation and allowed the ability to grow and advance. They showed more bias than I knew was possible before this company. They talked about job culture often, but it is nothing but a quiet cube farm.
