      Couldn’t make a decision if their lives depended on it!

      Pros

      Some nice people. Know their law. Offices in convenient places. Ok pay.

      Cons

      Too corporate, with too much middle management. Support staff are treated like naughty children, yet are expected to work in their own time when it’s busy. There are no where near enough of them, so they are always overworked. People are unwilling to help each other. Ridiculous corporate speak. Pay lip service to HR. Money grabbing.

      Pros

      They offer very good benefits which out ways anywhere previously I have worked. The company offers ongoing training and development incentives, They are professional and passionate about creating a positive environment to work within.

      Within the time I have worked with the company, I have not come across any negatives.

      Very traditional and bourgeois company with incoherent management and many unpleasant partners and management personalities. Hard work is almost always unappreciated. I have seen many talented people go unnoticed only to see them get bigger and better opportunities elsewhere. With a high average age and seniority in this firm, career development and innovation tend to be secondary.
