down to earth employees, fantastic products (featured in hit show survivor), eco conscientious company, great employee perks.

Pros
The employees were great, hardworking, and very friendly. Those that were still with the company had been there for a number of years. Great product and the office is nice.
Cons
The upper management was terrible across most departments. They lacked a lot of training and didn't support their hardworking staff. The blame game was popular among management as well. The turn over rate at the company was also really high.
