      Pros

      Nice environment and friendly collegues. Not stressful place to work in. Management very considerate if personal life entwined with work life.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Mostly stuck at your current position for the rest of your life. Once in, thats it. No proper pay rise even for senior staff. No help from HQ regarding new models & range.

      New mgmt, fast growth trajectory, family atmosphere. Huge addressable market, large international business with good financial fundamentals.

      Cons

      Lots of change. If you are not a self starter or can work at a rapid pace of change, Buffalo is not the place for you. Sometimes things get lost in translation.
