The team offshore when you would contact them would not get back to you and sometimes if they did would make insulting snarky remarks. 2) Bait and switch. They hired me to create a new product and then in less that 3 weeks in they take me off that work that I had plenty of effort into and put my on a generic "let's add features to the legacy site. I am a senior developer with plenty of experience building enterprise sites and services. I could have wrote their entire system if needed but because that offshore team was holding the ball and did not help me succeed. It did not serve their interest.
