The pay sucks, it is a hostel work environment you will get no support or help running the machines the shop manager also program is the worst boss i have ever work for if you get on his bad side he will do his best to make your life miserable, he will literally yell at you even when you can prove that it was his own mistake. He is one the worst programmer I have ever seen as well. I worked there 10 years the worst 10 years of my life.
