Pros
Augean Robotics dba Burro has an interesting product (robotic mules for harvesting crops) and a compelling business case. Several of the ICs are friendly and collaborative.
Cons
MAJOR CON: One person in senior leadership has a massive ego, is a micro-manager, and regularly puts down co-workers during meetings if you don't agree with them. A few managers have weak leadership skills and are not interested in developing their team members. Systems engineering processes are not very rigorous.
