Remote work possibilities, Employee empowering. Engineers/Developers First Mindset. Excellent co-workers. Open to relocation, part time work, internship and "in-company growth". Actively try to retain talent.
Cons
The industry in which the product is targeting is rather niche.

Pros
Still relatively new to the role but I have had nothing but positive experiences--coming from big tech, it was a breath of fresh air coming to a smaller company that has some of the most highly motivated and skilled people in the industry.
Cons
Fully remote is great, but you do miss out on some in-office only experiences.
