Business outlook
Pros
Benefits and work conditions are great, when I walk out of the front door, my work stays at work. Management is very helpful and considerate of time off and adjusting to schedules.
Cons
The main challenge would be the amount of individuals that need to be "in the loop" to have specific tasks handled. More initiative in delegating specific individuals by higher ups would create less confusion but, this happens in every work place.
