Pros

Easy work, flexible schedule, employee discount, and you can get away with anything.

Cons

They often hire and lay off people which promotes a terrible morale for the workforce. They allow management to sexually harass employees without action and to be dismissed by HR. The IT position abuses power and is often caught napping in office and had been caught watching porn and refuses with assist with technological issues until demanded to do so by the general manager. Communication is a joke. Employees known to not meet quotas and are lazy are kept on because they are deemed as "loyal". There is evident discrimination here based on race and gender in both positions and pay.

Incompetence all the way up

Pros

Medical Benefits are better than some places, there is a good discount on products, and the work is simple.

Cons

There are so many it is hard to count. The CEO wants to act like a rich playboy instead of running the company. Is So hard to reach when you need them . Makes so many poor decisions, and designs stuff to run in the most scummy way possible. Essentially trying to turn the place into a scalping operation rather than a business designed to be stable and grow. Management is terrible at this company. There hav been multiple sexual harassment complaints against them over the years that the company settles and sweeps under the rug. Management regularly makes racist/sexist/homophobic jokes and don't stop when called out on it. The HR department is so terrible. HR is so bad at their job whenever they are in the building the mood immediately drops. Absolutely terrible for morale. Benefits shuffle around every 6 months it feels like. They took away sick days at the beginning of the pandemic. Never know when they will take away something from you. There is an hourly bonus which sounds nice, but they shift around what it is so often it's impossible to actually keep track of whether or not they are actually paying you for it. The business feels like an attempt to get sued by as many brands as possible for trying to sell stuff we aren't authorized to sell. People who are friendly with management get so much special treatment it is ridiculous. Very bad clique culture. The company split up way too much for the size of the company. There is a location in Utah, Indiana, and for some reason the Philippines. This is a company with less than 100 people. So many people are quitting because of how incompetently this place is run. Good employees who have put up with this place for years.
