Pros
No pros.. I would say if anything the fact that they are paying you but 9/10 the pay isn't good unless you are crucial to the business.
Cons
Disorganized. Clique-y. Extreme micromanagement. Poor/weak leadership. Work is not fulfilling nor challenging. Employees constantly leaving (very high turnover). They promote people just to promote them without them actually being impactful to the business. Customers don't really like the product more than our competitors. Misrepresentation of the job. Lack of diversity. Lack of structure. Lack of strategy. Fingerpointing. Condescending VPs. Lack of company culture/values. Lack of decision making.
