      Pros

      They keep buying companies, if you're sales person there's always something to offer to your customers.

      Cons

      Fierce competition especially from smaller vendors or cloud as they can offer better values for their products. Can be very political , the place is ruled by sales people. If you're a techie then put up or shut up.
