1. Poor management. When the RM speaks more about himself than having a proper discussion with new client.

Pros

Good company, willing to invest in development of its people. Great camaraderie with colleagues, people are willing to impart skills.

Cons

Let down by management in the Singapore office. RM thinks it’s ok to shout at people who report to him. This makes for a bullying and toxic work environment. The Life Sciences division closing and laying people off was handled very badly. VP makes the announcement and does not want to take questions. These are people’s livelihoods that are affected. The employees deserve better.

- Well-rounded and beneficial training programs support a strong learning experience. - Ample resources are supplied to prepare staff adequately for their roles.

Cons

- The RM lacks effective communication skills with clients, putting client relationships at risk. - The manager deflects blame onto the team for mistakes and is often absent when fulfilling responsibilities is crucial. - Despite a skilled team, inadequate leadership undermines the overall work atmosphere.
