The org chart for this company would make it obvious that there are too many people in middle management. It creates a stressful environment with many people breathing down your neck at any given time, seemingly to justify the existence of their own jobs.

There are no pros to list. It’s a dumpster fire.

Cons

wholesalers don’t want the products, they sit in the warehouse until expired. Then you’re constantly writing off product all while cramming “ more sales “ “ more cars” down everyone’s throat when it doesn’t sell.
