Pros
The atmosphere in the company is very warm. The management is open, easy to talk to, and really listens to people. You can share your ideas and discuss problems without stress. The CEO brings a lot of energy and keeps everyone motivated. The team is also very involved and cares about what they are building.
Cons
Sometimes there is not enough alignment between teams, so some things need to be changed later, which can slow down the work.

Working on the AI-Home ecosystem is a unique challenge. The culture is collaborative, and there’s a lot of room for professional growth because you get exposure to different parts of the stack. Very supportive leadership team.
Cons
Fast paced startup environment, not for comfort zone people. You become responsible for the growth of company from day one which is highly rewarding.
