Pros

Monetary benefits and that’s just it. Some colleagues are nice but it doesn’t mean much in general.

Cons

Management does not care about staff growth, needs and feedback to improve productivity. They are too scared to try new ideas and are biased towards local and expat staff. Local and expat managers constantly create political situations, that affects associates, executives and other members. People only care for their personal interest nothing more and are quick to put blame on others. Egoistic characters dominate this place. Lack of transparency within expats and locals. This is a place for politics and if you just want a salary end of month. Don’t even know where this company is going anyway.
