      Management is toxic when they do something bad they will blame others when they know something bad is happening they turn the blind eye nothing but gossip

      40 Hour Domestic Violence Certification training is excellent and comprehensive

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and lazy management. I was truly disgusted by what I saw from upper management and unfortunately would never recommend this place to anyone looking to work in non-profit.

      It feels like leadership intentionally silos teams from one another, leading to terrible communication and extremely low morale.
