There’s a culture of staying quiet, never pushing back, and pretending all is well. Questionable decisions are the norm.
‘Leadership’? Unclear at best. Direction changes constantly, responsibility is dodged, Slack messages are posted for show, and if it comes from the top, it must not be questioned. Feedback? Doesn’t exist. Growth? Nope.
Voices are kept small. Bonuses? Promised, then forgotten. The people who last are the ones who nod and smile. The ‘yes-men’.
Benefits? Meh. PTO? The bare minimum. Pay? Often way below market. Meanwhile, leadership rolls in $500k cars — priorities…
