      Good supply of tools(company van, Android Phone, Laptop)

      Cons

      My first day I worked two shifts without a break or a meal, I did request time to eat but was denied! The Employee I was paired with stated that they are asked to work 3 shifts at times and could not understand why new employees quickly resigned?

      Pros

      They have late model Chevy work vans to drive. Some of the employees are very helpful.

      Cons

      The owner loring white has created a toxic culture. Employees are very skittish. White is very arrogant and shows zero consideration for his people. His style of management trickles down to area managers. If one makes a mistake, literally 4 to 8 people instantly know. The hours are insane. If you life, it has just ended taking a position with these people. I'm glad I'm no longer there. My hope is o cam return to some kibd of normalcy.

      Pros

      Company will strive to help you get your 40 hours when service is slow. They will pay most of your medical insurance as a field technician. They have a 401k program that matches partly up to 5%.

      Cons

      Too many rules. Difficult to keep up with them all. Speed restrictions on company vehicles causes dangerous speeds on highway where speed limit is over 65. Needs of the company out weigh the needs of the employee. They don't pay you to be on call unless you actually run calls.
