      Pros

      Excellent place to work. Management does not micro-manage and they allow you the freedom to show your worth. They constantly make you feel appreciated and you feel how grateful they are to have you working for them. Criticism is always positive and done in a way that errors may be fixed. The decision maker is always open for discussions and willing to hear your mitigants for some potential loan weaknesses.

      Cons

      Short staffed and it is difficult to fill some of the support staff positions.

      Lots of potential and many avenues for growth

      Cons

      Locations limited to Utah County and Sandy. If you are looking for National or Statewide branches, this may not be for you.

      Great Environment and Company Culture

      Pros

      - High level of autonomy and individual responsibility - Balance between individual work and team oriented collaboration - Never gets boring; there's always something to do and new projects to work on; each day is different - Growth mindset; the company is always looking for new opportunities to grow and diversify (the products, the employee base, the teams, everything). - Rewards/compensation consummate with effort - Company culture is open to new ideas, everyone tries to listen and be respectful of others, everyone has a good sense of humor and camaraderie; it's a place where you feel valued and recognized for your hard work and it has never felt like management is just paying lip-service; recognition is tangible.

      Cons

      - Health insurance packages are pretty standard, but the company tries to offset some of that cost by offering employer contributions into employee HSAs - I can't think of much that I don't like about working here with the current group of employees we have; that could always change, but for now this is one of the best companies I've ever worked for
