Pros
Flexible hours, when there is money, things run smoothly. Great employees (if you exclude Mr East)
Cons
The main boss is a con. He swindled many people out of money, and would blame employee mishandling for the reasons it was gone. We'd go weeks without getting paid while he'd continue to live an extremely lavish lifestyle (in his mansion, driving his Escalade, and taking day trips out on his yacht). He'd insist there was no money. Now there are more people after him then he knows.
