      Good pay and benefits...talented colleagues...ergonomic work stations...well funded organization...you’ll received a nice note on your birthday...modern equipments ...good IT support

      My boss is potentially a sociopath. He is a self-serving individual, and his ambition way beyond his ability. He feels he can just take whatever he wants, or use barely-concealed pressure, to get it. His thirst for power is very strong. Dictatorial leadership, barely concealed power play, discrimination towards certain groups, etc. If you are someone who thrive in an autocratic work environment, go for it. This might work for you.
