Working here was the worst experience of my life. If your CV doesn't have reporting and shoe licking skills, it'll be tough to survive here. The higher management is really bad. The people who've been here for 10-20 years are the ones ruling this school. Work hours are way too much. The salary's normal, but the management thinks they're doing us a favor by paying us. When you first join, everything seems great, but the reality is this institute focuses more on politics and reporting than student learning. Plus zero cooperation If you're a student.
