Pros
Growth off the charts, best people I have had the pleasure of working with, family atmosphere, Leadership actually cares about personal life (willing to work with you if you don't have any sick time or vacation time), 1 of few true manufacturing facilities in the Springs, great opportunities to grow and learn, open financials, profit sharing if goals are met, ping-pong and pool table in break room, tons of activities (air force games, private Christmas parties, give-a-ways including weekend vacations, time off, i-pads, etc), and good management.
Cons
Decent, but lower salaries (company is growing). High expectations, therefore, if you don't want to work hard, don't come to CEA.

They have a pool table and ping pong table for employees and do a lot of fun things.
Cons
Big lack of communication in every department. Wage is on the low side and raises are poor.
