This organization has the audacity to terminate your employment simply because your manager feels you have not become their friend. Is this some kind of joke? Furthermore, they expect you to handle this situation diplomatically because, as an organization, they hold a certain reputation in the market. I vehemently reject the idea of working for such an organization. While the organization itself might have merits, it is crucial for the Senior Management should learn sense of empathy and compassion.
