Pros
Benefits and pay are decent for being a small company and the hours aren't long and demanding. You will never work on holidays. Time off is very flexible as long as you are using some of your PTO.
Cons
Company values are poor and are continuing to decline ever since they changed management in the operations department. Employee morale is at an all-time low if you are not apart of the "old boy's club", very political environment. This company fails to recognize leadership potential and very rarely invests in their employees via promotions or raises. They try to cover up this fact by using buzzwords and *talking* about communication and solutions rather than actually *working on* any of that. Their new strategy seems to be hiring more temporary workers to take over the permanent, long-term employees. They also frequently give temporary employees false hope by keeping them on for over a year, although they have been doing slightly better in this area in the past year. Poor training programs.
