Getting to work with some of the brightest people in an implementation oriented think-tank. Cross-matrixed work means that you're not siloed into your team. Andrea truly is a rockstar and took steps to engage with, and help empower, every staff member.
Cons
The pacing can be a crush, even by DC standards. Because everything is cross matrixed, you're relationship with your boss is co-equal to your relationship with every other boss you're engaged with, which can be frazzling.
