Pros

Loved Eric Baldacci and the leadership and direction he provided to the company. Loved most of direct hire and contracting at the lower levels.

Cons

Middle and upper management. BD/AM/recruiter split not set up to benefit those who do the work. BD has no handle on their clients and depend on AM to do the work for their 9%-5%. 0% guarantee on delivery. BD has no clue how to do actual recruitment sales. Company lies to middle and lower level employees regarding company outlook and prospects. KPI for BD and operations is nonexistent Sales meetings with absolute 0 value. Jobs- CGR will make huge deal over contract which is unqualified for contract labor which results in 0 business- why is CGR chasing gov contracts with 0 guarantee with delivery. Middle level management (Neal/Moe/Maria) whom are unqualified for job and unable to drive business forward. Empty office- office not management by those who understand business. Management not happy about my move to a better firm- y’all have held me back in my career to this point and offered no growth or support besides job experience. Managers don’t manager office, manage activity levels, or other primary factors in core recruitment business. Poor personal management decisions made job search more difficult. Poor management decisions resulting in turnover. Not identifying top talent and completing their strengths.
