Cons
Upper management was money hungry for themselves, out of touch, and did not care about you as an employee unless you were a share holder. They do not know the staff or the capabilities of their staff. No bonuses or profit sharing. Small % of upper management were share holders.

Thanks for the honest feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you had such a poor experience. It's important that we see this so we can continue to move towards our aspiration of becoming the best in our industry, including in employee engagement and satisfaction. We've been steadily building our incentive package for our staff and believe that we have a robust total compensation package.
We've also developed our Recognition by Design program that highlights individuals and teams who positively impact the organization in large or small ways. This program is very well funded and acts as one form of incentive for employees.
Great atmosphere, great people, everyone is very supportive and dedicated to be better and create a better company. I have an opportunity every day to learn something new.
Cons
The offices are spread a little too thin forcing some of the smaller offices to dump work on to the bigger offices because they dont have the staff to complete the project.
