      Pay and benefits are good. They allow individuals do move into all areas of the company so if you have a desire to try something new you can

      Diversity is non existent....While President is a woman she has never done anything for other women and actually appears to prevent opportunities. Her ego is driven by being the only woman in the room. The executive team has an 8% diversity (one asian male). At the director level it may be 15%. And at this point diversity is only male/female. Numbers are significantly lower for race.

      *After three years of casual racism and comments about my ethnicity and religion I finally had enough and left - best decision I ever made.

      *Casual racism considered normal *If you’re even a little different then your considered odd *Career opportunities based on how you look and who you know *Unfair system of work *Bonus system and pay review are flawed as based less on performance and more on how much your manager likes you
