1. 100% Cronyism. Meritocracy does not exist 2. Very low levels of accountability at the management level. Managers claim bulk of the credit whenever they can and almost never takes responsibility for mess-ups (distributed to the working level). 3. Local CEO is clueless on revenue generation, focuses on cost reduction i.e. cut staff, reduce payouts etc

1.The office space is new. 2. WFH

Cons

1. So backward, you would think that you have travel back to 10 years ago. 2. Excel to track everything, no system. 3. Processes are manual. Adoption of technology is slow.ie. The company just started adopting MS teams and we need to share account, some other teams do not have the account because of costs. 4. Culture ❌ will not recommend. TOXIC, JUST RUN! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 5. People cannot question processes and the rationale behind doing certain things, because "this is how we do it here".
