The competency and managerial skills of the directors at CIPD leave much to be desired. It's concerning to see individuals in leadership positions who lack even the most fundamental managerial abilities, particularly when overseeing regional teams. This issue becomes glaringly apparent when talented individuals leave the organisation while incompetent leaders continue to hold their positions.

Senior leadership team don't really care what happens outside their own respective directorates. Some line managers more concerned about being right than doing the right things. Favouritism is rife and its about who talks the loudest that gets the recognition
