My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. When the site I was originally working on lost its contract, I chose to remain with the company rather than transfer under TUPE — a decision I now regret.
I was later offered another site; however, due to workplace politics and behaviour that I experienced as racism on that site, I did not feel comfortable accepting the position.
Even basic things such as booking annual leave became unnecessarily difficult and required multiple conversations with management before it was finally approved. After returning from my holiday, all of my scheduled shifts had disappeared from the portal and I had been moved onto the response team without any clear explanation.
Since then, each time I contact control asking for shifts, I am told there are none available, despite being on a 36-hour contract which the company appears unable to provide.
Additionally, when applying for internal roles, I have repeatedly received no response or feedback.
