Worst Job Ever

Yearly increment in salary base on grading.

Cons

Changes bosses every 3-4years and have to adapt to new the new system everytime theres a change. Turnover of staffs are very high almost every 2-3months will have people leaving the job as the management team is really bad. Management always gets the credits but if theres a hiccup they will push the blame to the lower management staffs. JOIN THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Cons

No career progression Many management does not speak common language (english) Some meetings are held in koreans, even when the locals are in it. Salary is lower than market Many decisions are on top-down basis Company is very slow in adapting to change
