Yearly increment in salary base on grading.
Cons
Changes bosses every 3-4years and have to adapt to new the new system everytime theres a change. Turnover of staffs are very high almost every 2-3months will have people leaving the job as the management team is really bad. Management always gets the credits but if theres a hiccup they will push the blame to the lower management staffs. JOIN THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
