There are none to speak of.

Cons

Everything is a down side. We were bought out by a Company named Promach. They drop the ball every chance they get. If Promach doesnt get involved and fire the executive team of CL&D? We will be closed in 5 years. Pathetic goals you'll never meet and the carrot of all carrots. Profit sharing you will never get.
